Terms and Conditions – R3 Photography

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from and every order placed with R3 Photography. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Photos in the shop are an accurate representation of the prints, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding.

4. The agreement
The agreement is formed once you have placed your order and received the confirmation by email.

5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be prepared as soon as payment has been received.

6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 9 to 12 working days after payment, and always within 30 days at the latest. If delivery is delayed, I will let you know, and you may then cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Let me know by email within that period; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Return the print undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of cancelling. The cost of returning it is at your own expense. I'll refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your cancellation. I may wait with the refund until I have received the print back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to prints made to your own specifications, such as a custom size or crop.

8. Quality and complaints
Every print is checked before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, with a photo of the damage. I'll respond within 14 days and offer a new print, a repair or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Copyright
All photos remain the copyright of R3 Photography. Buying a print gives you ownership of that print, not the right to copy, publish or use the image commercially.

10. Liability
R3 Photography's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Privacy
Your details are only used to process your order. See the privacy statement for more information.

12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and all orders. As a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by mandatory consumer law.
