Privacy Statement – R3 Photography

Who is responsible for your data
R3 Photography, run by Remy Derden, In Het Veldstraat 9, 3295 AJ 's-Gravendeel, the Netherlands. KvK 78652715. For questions about your privacy, email info@r3-jobs.com.

What data I collect
When you place an order, I collect your name, delivery address, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout; I don't receive or store your card or bank details. When you email me, I keep your message and email address to answer your question.

Why I use your data
I only use your data to process and deliver your order, to contact you about your order or a custom request, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement and, for records, my legal obligations. I don't use your data for advertising and I never sell it.

Who I share your data with
Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: the photo lab that prints your order (Gallery Color), the shipping company (such as PostNL), the payment provider, and the webshop and hosting provider (STRATO and its webshop software). These parties may only use your data to perform their service. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; where that happens, they are required to use appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

How long I keep your data
Order and invoice details are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Emails about questions or custom requests are deleted once they're no longer needed, and at the latest 2 years after our last contact.

Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping track of your shopping cart. If functions are added that use other cookies, you'll be asked for permission first through the cookie banner.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Just send an email to info@r3-jobs.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
